Hello, this is Rita Dai. I am used to be the sales representative in Hongli Pipe Machinery and now I am the website operator in the same company.

Here I want to share you my first foreign trade order. It was in 2014. After the work I was on my way to the vegetable market I received an email from Australia. The customer wanted to buy 4 sets of drain cleaning machine. But there are some problems we met.

OEM Support

The customer need 4 sets of drain cleaning machines with motor of 240V-50Hz. It was a special customized motor and no factory wanted to manufacture only 4 sets for the customer. Fortunately, it happened that we were manufacturing a big order with the same motor. Then, we can make it for this Australian customer. It took about 45 days to finish the manufacturing. The customer was satisfied with the machines when they got the machines.

Payment Term Support

In 2014, our company can only paid by T/T or L/C. No cash transaction for Australian dollars. It was for the customer’s request that we created our PayPal account. There are some problems for the customer about the payment and we finally solved them.

Customs Clearance Support

The customs agent of the customer was not professional in preparing the customs clearance documents so the customer wrote me several emails to get help to solve the problems and then picked up the machines several months later. Thus it can be seen a professional customs agent will save you a lot of time and money.
